gas governors are approved in accordance with UNI-EN88 specifications (CEE 90/396 gas regulation). The governors are suitable to systems’ installation with automatic gas burners including mixed and combined systems and to in industrial distribution systems.

Compensation diaphragm, operating diaphragm and safety diaphragm: an external breather outlet pipe is not necessary as the incorporated safety diaphragm ensures that, in the event of breakage of the operating diaphragm, no gas leakage into the environment of over 30 dm3/h is possible (in compliance with para 3.3.2. UNI-EN88 specifications).

The outlet pressure can be set by means of the set-screw (2); by turning clockwise this set-screw the pressure is increased and by turning it anti-clockwise the pressure is decreased. The pipe fittings located upstream and downstream the governor allow the reading of the relative pressures, passing from one family of gas to another, choosing the most suitable spring and adjusting the set-screw (2). The stabilized pressure should be checked with a pressure gauge. After setting replace the upper cap (1).

設置
出口壓力通過調節設置螺絲來設定。順時針調壓升高，逆時針調壓力降低。通過安裝在調壓閥上下游的壓力表可以讀到相應的壓力值。當從一種燃氣變化為另一種燃氣時，要選擇最適用的彈簧并調節螺絲。須通過檢查壓力表上的值來確定壓力的穩定性。設定后將上部的蓋復位。
安裝
安裝調壓閥時，膜片應該是處于水平位置的（在水平式的管路上）。一定要按調壓閥上顯示氣流方向的箭頭方向安裝對于安裝在管道內部或外部的調壓閥需使用合適的工具。安裝調壓閥時不可撬動套管。

如果是內含過濾器的調壓閥，調壓閥最好安裝在離地面合適的位置以便于過濾器的清潔。（總是要在調壓閥的上游配置一個合適的過濾器）確保管路要直且干凈，以免調壓閥受壓。
不可移開膜片的出口孔帽，也不可堵塞出口孔。否則會導致調壓閥停止工作。安裝調壓閥時要避免安裝在不穩定的基礎上。確保調壓閥的適用性。

維護
調壓閥無需維修。如閥出現故障，建議發回工廠進行總體的檢修和測試。清潔過濾器只需移開號蓋子并更換過濾芯。在每次清潔時，同時要更換過濾蓋的墊片，在更換后，要檢查并確認氣體不會從蓋子處泄露。所有的安裝和維護，必須由專業的人員來操作！15013369490文奕
