里耶卡（克羅地亞）推出CNG站和艦隊/Rijeka (Croatia) Launches CNG Station and Fleet

In May this year, the Croatian city and major port of Rijeka celebrated a double achievement – the opening of it’s first Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) filling station and the introduction of a new natural gas powered vehicle fleet, the first public transport vehicles to use CNG in the city.
The public access CNG station was built by Energo, a company in which the City of Rijeka holds a majority interest. The project is worth EUR 1.22 million (USD 1.6 million) and was financed from a loan approved by HBOR (Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development) for projects promoting energy efficiency.
The Rijeka station is the second CNG station in Croatia.
Croatian public transportation company Autotrolej presented ten new buses and two minibuses at the launch event. Altogether, the company has signed purchase agreements for 21 new CNG buses, (11 solo and 10 minibuses), which total value amounts to HRK 25 million (USD 4.36 million).
The funds intended for financing the acquisition of vehicles have been provided through a long-term financial loan amounting to EUR 3.31 million (USD 4.35 million) realised with Erste&Steiermarkische Bank and in co-operation with HBOR.
